What information do I need to place an order?
For a standard product order, we need your company name, delivery address, product name and quantity, GST number (for domestic orders), and payment terms. Our team will guide you through the process once you send us an enquiry.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard packaging is 25 kg BOPP bags. Minimum order quantities vary by product — typically one pallet (40 bags / 1,000 kg). Contact us for specific MOQ details for your product of interest.
Do you provide technical support for product programs?
Yes. Our technical team works alongside poultry producers, nutritionists, and veterinarians to recommend the right product, dosage, and program — including shuttle, rotation, and withdrawal schedules. We also provide product documentation and trial support.
What payment terms do you offer?
We offer flexible payment terms for established customers, including advance payment (RTGS/NEFT), letter of credit, and credit terms subject to approval. GST invoices are issued for all domestic orders.
Do you export outside India?
Currently our primary market is PAN India. We are open to export enquiries for select markets — please reach out to our export team with your requirements and we will evaluate the feasibility for your region.
